  • I do offer delivery!

    However as I am a mum of a toddler and new baby, delivery times aren't as flexible as they once were.

    Please add this into your order form if you would like to add delivery and I will respond ASAP if this is possible on the date/time you are after.

  • Certainly!

    Pickup is available from Ormeau, Gold Coast.

    We are located just 8 minutes off the motorway. Conveniently located half way between Brisbane CBD and Surfers Paradise.

  • 7 days a week however as I am a mum of 2, I may have some days where I may be closed. Each month I will update the open dates for that month. If you need to book months in advance, please give me as much notice as possible so I can plan this in.

  • Sadly no, we do not offer shipping outside of QLD.

  • It is recommended that all packs are consumed on the same day of pickup/delivery. If you choose to order a day (or few days) before your event, this is done at your own risk and you acknowledge that the strawberries will not be at their freshest. No refunds or credits will be given if you order too early before your event and the product begins to spoil. This is a perishable product and the time in which to consume has been notified to you.

  • It is best to keep them refrigerated below 5 degrees until eating. We recommend that your order is delivered/picked up on the day of the event as they are best eaten as soon as possible.

  • *Dark chocolate is currently unavailable.

    Our dark chocolate box is popular with our vegan/dairy free customers.

    Whilst the label on the chocolate does say it is Vegan suitable, please note that it also must state in this labeling that it “may contain: Milk”.

    When ordering a Vegan/ Dairy Free box, please keep this in mind.

  • Yes, all of our chocolate is gluten free. If you require gluten free, please let us know and we can advise if you cannot have certain sprinkles etc.

  • A minimum of 2 days notice is required for all orders.

    For Letter & Number boxes, a minimum of 3 weeks notice is required.

  • We will attempt to call, text and email you first. If we can’t get a hold of you, we will leave your pack in a safe and shaded place and send you a photo. Cocoa and Berry is not liable for any damages that occur if a recipient is not available to receive the product.

    You must arrange for the recipient to be available at the booked delivery time.

    If you require us to take the pack back to HQ and deliver later in the day, a second delivery charge will be made. If the order is not received a second time, the order will be automatically cancelled and no refunds will be given.

  • No less than 48 hours. If you cancel with less than this, no refunds or credits will be given.
